Referral Needed – Florida Civil Rights Attorney / Miami Beach Police Entry-Detention Matter

Hi all, I am seeking a referral for an experienced Florida civil rights attorney, preferably someone who handles Section 1983 / police misconduct matters in the Miami-Dade / Miami Beach area. The prospective client reports that on March 29, 2026, at about 2:00 a.m., Miami-Dade officers allegedly went to the wrong address, removed him from his apartment in his underwear, detained him in the hallway, and entered the apartment without a warrant and without prior consent. It seems that the potential issues include wrongful-address entry, unlawful detention, and related Fourth Amendment violations. Counsel familiar with Medicare appeals from Administrative Law Judges to Appeals Council

Client in Dallas dealing with $2 Mil in Medicare recoupments. Appealed them all ...all way up to an Administrative Law Judge and lost. Appeal to Appeals Council has to be done in 60 days. Need counsel to file with the Appeals Council. The product is for wound care. Provider surgeon thought it was approved by Medicare with CPT Code Q4294 but apparently it was not. Possibly litigation against company that advised client that they could use the product and get reimbursed by Medicare. Must be familiar with Medicare appeals and wound care.
