Good afternoon to all,
Potential client is an executor of his mother-in-law’s estate and is attempting to obtain a birth certificate of his mother-in-law who was born in Westchester County.
He is being told that he needs a court order to do this. Can anyone offer some advice/a service/an attorney that can help?
