Dear Listmates,

Would appreciate recommendations via email for this slip and fall inside a hotel lobby, and this senior citizen, married, otherwise reasonably healthy, plaintiff sustained a hip fracture which was surgically repaired, but there are residuals in some of her ADLs.

Plaintiffs reside in South Carolina, were in this NY area for a family reunion, and intend to return in May 2026 for a visit.
